CHIP PAN FIRE
Here you can see the fire results of a chip pan that had been left unattended. Notice the white circular shapes on the ceiling.
These are the marks left from polyurethane ceiling tiles which
once involved in fire, greatly assist in it's spread. The property
did not have a smoke alarm fitted.
